Jhooti Riwayat “Jab Mu'awiyah Ko Mere Mimber Par Dekho To Qatl Kar Do”

Tareekh ke hawale se Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki taraf mansoob karte huwe Shia yeh jhoot phelata hai Na'uzubillah Summa Na'uzubillah “Jab Mu’awiyah (Radhiallahu Anhu) ko mere mimbar par dekho to qatl kar do”.
Bahut saari tareekh ki kitabein aur Jirah ki kitabon ka hawala de kar Shia riwayat naqal karte hain jis ka matan is tarah se hai:
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَلَى مِنْبَرِي فَاقْتُلُوهُ
Tarjumah: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai: Jab tum Mu’awiyah (Radhiallahu Anhu) ko mere mimbar par dekho to usay qatl kar dena.

Halanki ulama aur muhaddiseen ne kitabon mein is riwayat ko jhooti aur manghadat likha hai aur isi jhoot ko wazeh karne ke liye apni kitabon mein darj kya hai.
Is riwayat ke mutalliq muhaddiseen aur muhaqquqeen ka hukm dekhen, aap ko iske jhoot aur manghadat hone ka andazah ho jayega:
(1) Sheikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah likhte hain yeh riwayat kizb (jhoot) aur mauzoo (manghadat) hai.

(2) Ayyub Sikhtiyaani ne kaha yeh kizb (jhoot) hai.
(Tehzeeb ut Tehzeeb: 8 / 74)

(3) Imam Uqaili ne isay munkar qarar diya hai.
(Tehzeeb ut Tehzeeb: 2 / 428)

(4) Imam Ibn e Hibban Rahimahullah ne kaha ke is ki sanad mein Hakam bin Zuhair naam ka Rawi hai jo Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum ko gaaliyan dene wala hai aur Siqah Rawiyon se ghadi hue cheezein bayan karta hai.

(5) Ibn e Adi Rahimahullah ne isay ghair mahfooz qarar diya hai.
(Al-Kamil Fiz-Zu’afaa: 2 / 491)

(6) Ibn ul Qaisarani Rahimahullah ne kaha ke is mein Hakam bin Zuhair Al-Fazari hai jo hadeesein gadhne wala hai is se yeh baat Abbad ibn Ya’qub al-Rawajni ne chori ki hai jo Ghali qism ka raafzi hai. (Ma’rifat ut Tazkirah: 92)

(7) Ibn ul Jawzi Rahimahullah ne isay Mauzo qarar diya hai.

(8) Imam Zahbi Rahimahullah ne kaha is mein Hakam bin Zuhair par kalaam hai.
(Mezaan ul Ai’tedaal: 1 / 572)

(8) Allama Ibn e Kaseer Rahimahullah ne kaha yeh bila-shak jhoot hai.
(Al-Bidayah Wan-Nihaya : 8 / 135 )

(9) Allama Shaukaani Rahimahullah ne bhi isay Mauzo qarar diya hai.

(10) Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah isay Mauzo qarar dete hain.

In ke alawah kai ahl e ilm ne is riwayat ko jhooti qarar diya hai. Is liye kisi musalman ke liye jayez nahi ke is jhooti baat ko Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki taraf mansoob kare.
Hazrat Mu’awiya Radhiallahu Anhu ko Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne kitabat e wahi (wahi ke likhne) par ameen banaya tha, is se barh kar aur kya baat ho sakti hai, un ke mutalliq yeh la’nat Allah tauba. Yeh shiyon ka dhoka, jhoot aur bohtaan hai. Agar yeh baat sach hoti to Hazrat Mu’awiya Radhiallahu Anhu zaroor qatl kar diye gaye hote.
Aik taraf Shia ahl e bait se mohabbat ka dawa karte hain aur bila wajah ahl e bait ki mohabbat mein hadd se aage badh jaate hain aur doosri taraf Sahaba e Kiram Radhiallahu Anhum ko gaaliyan dete hain, lanat o malamat karte hain aur unhein bura bhala kehte hain. Yeh kaisi sitam zareefi hai?
Kya aap ne soocha ke Shia Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum ko kiyun gaali dete hain? Is se mutalliq Imam Malik Rahimahullah likhte hain ke Shia aisi qaum hai jis ne Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par ta'an karne ki koshish ki magar is koshish mein kaamyaab nahi hue to Sahaba par ta'an o tashnee’ karne lage taaki kehne wala Aap ke mutalliq yeh kahe ki bura aadmi tha, in ke saathi bhi bure they, agar achche aadmi hote to in ke saathi bhi achche hote.

Shaikh ul Islam Ibn e Taimiyah Rahimahullah ne Sahaba Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum ke mutalliq likha hai ke Khair ul Quroon ke log jinhein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka saath mila hai un par ta'an karna darasal RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par ta'an karna hai.

Is liye musalmanon! Hazrat Mu’awiya Radhiallahu Anhu ya Karbala ke waqiye ko base (wajah) bana kar ya baghair kisi wajah ke kisi musalman ke mutalliq khaas taur se Sahaba e Kiraam Radhiallahu Anhum ke mutalliq kuch ghalat baat kehna hamare Emaan aur naik amal ke liye bura hai. Is baat ko achchi tarah samjh len.⁠⁠⁠⁠

Aam taur se logon mein mlite waqt Hi Hello aur juda hote waqt Bye Bye kehne ka chalan (riwaaj) hai jo ke maghribi tehzeeb (western culture) se aaya hai. Hum muslim qaum hain hamein RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne milne julne aur rukhsat hone ke aadaab sikhlaye hain balki zindagi guzaarne ke tamam umoor se aagah kiya hai is liye hamein kisi maamle mein doosri qaum ki naqal karne ki zaroorat hi nahi.
Islam ki taleem hai ke jab musalman aapas mein milen to salam karen, isi tarah juda hote waqt bhi salam ke zariye juda hon yeh sab se achcha aur mubarak amal hai.
Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
إِذَا انْتَهَى أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْمَجْلِسِ فَلْيُسَلِّمْ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَقُومَ فَلْيُسَلِّمْ فَلَيْسَتْ الْأُولَى بِأَحَقَّ مِنْ الْآخِرَةِ
Tarjumah: Jab tum mein se koi kisi majlis mein pahunche to chahiye ke salam kahe aur jab wahan se uthna chahe to bhi salam kahe, pehli dafaa salam kehna doosri dafaa ke muqable mein koi ziyada ahem nahi hai.

* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko Sahih kaha hai.

Yeh hadees hamein batati hai ke majlis se uthte waqt yani juda hote waqt bhi salam karna chahiye. Salam mein tarfain (both sides ke logon) ke liye Allah ki salamti hai woh bhi sunnat tareeqe se. Phir us ke baad deegar alfaaz kahen for example: Allah Hafiz, ya mazeed dua den to is mein koi harj nahi. Agar kisi ko safar par rukhsat kar rahe hain to un ko is tarah se dua dena masnoon hai jaisa ki Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma jab kisi shakhs ko safar ke liye rukhsat karte to farmate: Aao main tumhein waise hi rukhsat karun jis tarah Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam hum ko rukhsat karte they. Aap farmate they:
أَسْتَوْدِعُ اللَّهَ دِينَكَ وَأَمَانَتَكَ وَخَوَاتِيمَ عَمَلِكَ
Tarjumah: Main tumhare deen aur tumhari amanat aur tumhare aakhri amal ko Allah ke hawaale karta hun.

* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko Sahih kaha hai.
Allah Taala hamein sunnat par chalne ki taufeeq ata farmaye.

Kya Allah Taala Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu Ke Zariye Madad Karta Hai???

Shia logon ke yahan Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke mutalliq bahut ghulu (hadd se zada badhana) paaya jaata hai, un mein se aik yeh bhi hai ke woh Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ko mushkil kusha samajhte hain. Apne is aqeede se saada (aam) musalmanon ko gumraah karne ke liye Zaeef aur Mauzoo (mangadhat) Ahadees bayan karte hain. Kahin to woh Hadees hi nahi mante yahan tak ke Bukhari aur Muslim ki bhi koi Hadees Sahih nahi mante aur kahin Hadees ke naam par ghadi hue baaten phailate hain. Kanz ul Ummal (Alauddin Ali Al-Muttaqi bin Husamuddin Al-Hindi, died on: 975) se Zaeef Hadees le kar logon ko batate hain ke dekho yahan Allah ka Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke zariye madad karna likha hai.
Kanz ul Ummal mein warid Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu se mutalliq riwayat ka mukhtasar hukm aap logon ki khidmat mein paish hai:
Allah ka Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ke zariye madad aur ta’eed wali riwayat chand Turuq se marwi hai misaal ke taur par Abul Hamraa Hilal Bin Haris aur Jabir bin Abdullah Radhiallahu Anhum waghera in ke alawah bhi deegar Tareeq misaal ke taur par Abu Hurairah, Anas bin Malik, Zakwaan aur Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Anhum se marwi hai magar saare Turuq mein zo’af hai.
(1) Abul Hamra Radhiallahu Anhu wali riwayat ko Shaikh Albani Rahimahullah ne Mauzoo (mangadhat) kaha hai.

Allama Zahbi Rahimahullah ne kaha ke is ko ghadne wala Ahmad bin Hussain Koofi hai.

(2) Jabir bin Abdullah Radhiallahu Anhuma wali riwayat ko Ibn ul Jawzi Rahimahullah ne Sahih nahi qaraar diya.

Is mein aik Shia Rawi Ash’as hai jo ki mutakallam feeh hai (yani uske silsile mein kalam kiya gaya hai).

(3) Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu wali riwayat mein Abbas bin Bakkar Munkar ul Hadees hai.

(4) Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu wali riwayat ko Allama Zahbi Rahimahullah ne Mukhtalaq kaha hai.

(5) Zakwaan wale Tareeq ko Allama Zahbi Rahimahullah ne baatil qarar diya hai.
(Mezaan ul Ai’tedaal: 2 / 382)

(6) Abdullah bin Abbas Radhiallahu Anhuma wali riwayat ke mutalliq Hafiz Ibn e Kaseer Rahimahullah ne kaha ke is mein Mohammad bin Abu Zu’aizi’ah (محمد بْن أَبِي الزُّعَيْزِعَة) munkar riwayat karne wala hai.

Khulasa (conclusion) yeh ke yeh riwayat kisi bhi aitbaar se istedlaal ke qabil nahi hai yeh zaeef aur mauzoo hai.

Azaan Dene Ka Ajr o Sawab

Bahut se namazi Azaan dene se bachte hain, aur Azaan ko apni kasr e shaan (shaan ke khilaaf) samajhte hain jab ki Hadees ki roshni mein azaan dene ki badi fazeelat aayi hai. Kuch fazail aap ke samne rakhta hun taaki Azaan ki fazeelat jaan saken aur is neki mein barh kar hissa lene ki koshish karen:
(1) Abdul Rahman Mazni apne waalid Abdullah se bayan karte hain ke un ke waalid ne unhein khabar di:
إِنِّي أَرَاكَ تُحِبُّ الغَنَمَ وَالبَادِيَةَ، فَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِي غَنَمِكَ، أَوْ بَادِيَتِكَ، فَأَذَّنْتَ بِالصَّلاَةِ فَارْفَعْ صَوْتَكَ بِالنِّدَاءِ، فَإِنَّهُ: «لاَ يَسْمَعُ مَدَى صَوْتِ المُؤَذِّنِ، جِنٌّ وَلاَ إِنْسٌ وَلاَ شَيْءٌ، إِلَّا شَهِدَ لَهُ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ»، قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Tarjumah: Hazrat abu Sayeed Khudri Radhiallahu Anhu ne un se bayan kiya ki main dekhta hun ke tumhein bakriyon aur jungle mein rehna pasand hai. Is liye jab tum jungle mein apni bakriyon ko liye huwe maujood ho aur namaz ke liye azaan do to tum buland aawaz se azaan diya karo kyunki jinnat aur insaan balki tamam hi cheezein jo mu'azzin (Azaan dene wale) ki aawaz sunte hain qayamat ke din is par gawahi dengi.

Is Hadees ka aakhri tukda hai:
قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Yani Hazrat Abu Sa'eed Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya ke yeh baat main ne Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se suna hai.

Faidah: Is Hadees mein mu'azzin (Azaan dene wale) ke liye Qayamat mein gawahi ka zikr hai. Qayamat mein aadmi aik aik neki ke liye pareshan hoga aise mein yeh gawahi aadmi ke liye nijaat ka rasta aasaan karegi. Is liye mu'azzin (Azaan dene wala) buland aawaz se Azaan de taaki door tak jinnat, insaan aur saari cheezon ko sunai de aur woh gawahi ke kaam aa saken.

(2) Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ke main ne Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ko farmate huwe suna:
الْمُؤَذِّنُ يُغْفَرُ لَهُ مَدَى صَوْتِهِ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُ لَهُ كُلُّ رَطْبٍ وَيَابِسٍ وَشَاهِدُ الصَّلَاةِ يُكْتَبُ لَهُ خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حَسَنَةً وَيُكَفَّرُ عَنْهُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا
Tarjumah: Mu'azzin (Azaan dene wale) ki aawaz jahan tak pahunchti hai wahan tak us ki maghfirat kar di jaati hai, aur har khushk (dry) aur tar (wet) cheez us ke liye magfirat talab karti hai aur Azaan sun kar namaz mein haazir hone wale ke liye 25 nekiyan likhi jati hain aur uske do (2) namazon ke darmiyan ke gunah bakhsh diye jate hain.

* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko Hasan Sahih kaha hai.

Faidah: Is riwayat mein zikr hai ke har khushk o tar cheez gawahi degi goya is mein jinnat aur insaan, haiwanat, nabataat (trees waghera), jamadat (bejaan cheezein jaise paththar aur pahad waghera) sabhi shaamil hain yeh baat Bukhari Shareef ki upar zikr ki hue riwayat se mazeed wazeh ho gayi.

(3) Mu'awiyah bin Abu Sufyan Radhiallahu Anhu kehte hain ki maine Rasool e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko farmate huwe suna:
الْمُؤَذِّنُونَ أَطْوَلُ النَّاسِ أَعْنَاقًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Tarjumah: Mu'azzinon (Azaan dene walon) ki gardanen (necks) qayamat ke din sab se zyada lambi hongi.
(Sahih Muslim: 387)

Faidah: Lambi gardan ke kayi maani (meaning) hain, kisi ne lambi gardan ka maf-hoom lete huwe kaha ki Allah ki rehmat ki taraf dekhne wala yani ziyadah ajr ka baais. Kisi ne is ka haqeeqi maana (meaning) murad liya hai ki jab qayamat mein log paseene mein bheege huwe honge to un ki gardan lambi kar di jayengi. Qaazi Iyaaz ne «أَعْنَاق» mein alif ko zer ke sath kaha hai jis ka maane hain jannat ki taraf jaldi jane wala.

(4) Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu bayan karte hain ke RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
لَوْ يَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ مَا فِي النِّدَاءِ وَالصَّفِّ الأَوَّلِ، ثُمَّ لَمْ يَجِدُوا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَسْتَهِمُوا عَلَيْهِ لاَسْتَهَمُوا
Tarjumah: Agar logon ko azaan aur pehli saff ke ajr o sawab ka ilm ho aur agar unhein us ke liye qurra-andazi (drawing lots) bhi karna pade to woh qurra-andazi (drawing lots) zaroor karenge.

Faidah: Is Hadees mein bhi azaan ke be-panah ajr ka zikr hai woh is tarah ke agar logon ko azaan ka ajr maloom ho jaye aur azaan dene ke liye apna naam qurra-andazi (drawing lots) se nikalna pade toh bhi aisa karne mein peeche nahi haten.

(5) Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
مَنْ أَذَّنَ ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَكُتِبَ لَهُ بِتَأْذِينِهِ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ سِتُّونَ حَسَنَةً وَلِكُلِّ إِقَامَةٍ ثَلاَثُونَ حَسَنَةً
Tarjumah: Jis shakhs ne 12 saal azaan di, us ke liye jannat wajib ho gayi aur us ke liye har roz (daily) ki Azaan ke badle 60 nekiyan aur har Iqamat pe 30 nekiyan likh di gayin.

Faidah: Yeh Hadees bilkul wazeh hai jo 12 saal tak azaan de us ke liye jannat wajib ho jati hai. Kaam bahut asaan hai aur inaam bahut bada hai. Is ki hikmat yeh hai ke azaan hi se logon ko namaz ki khabar milti hai aur log kaam kaaj chor kar masjid ki taraf daud padte hain jis ka zikr Allah taala ne juma ke talluq se surah juma mein kiya hai.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَاةِ مِن يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Tarjumah: Aye woh logon jo Emaan laaye ho! Juma ke din Namaz ki Azaan di jaye to tum Allah ke zikr ki taraf daud pado aur khareed o farokht chor do. Yeh tumhare haq mein bahut hi behtar hai agar tum jante ho.
(Surah Al Juma, Surah no:62, Ayat no:9)
Mazeed yeh ki jo 12 saal tak azaan deta rahega us se 12 saal ki namaz bhi kabhi nahi chootegi woh hamesha pehli takbeer ke saath namaz padhta rahega balki khud unhone hi Iqamat kahi hogi. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka farmaan hai:
مَنْ صَلَّى لِلَّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا فِي جَمَاعَةٍ يُدْرِكُ التَّكْبِيرَةَ الأُولَى كُتِبَتْ لَهُ بَرَاءَتَانِ بَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ النَّارِ وَبَرَاءَةٌ مِنَ النِّفَاقِ
Tarjumah: Jis ne 40 din tak namaz jamat ke saath padhi aur takbeer e Tehreema ke saath mila to us ke liye do qism ki bara'at likhi jaati hai, aik aag se bara'at, aur doosri nifaq se bara'at.

*Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne isko Hasan qarar diya hai.
(Sahih Tirmidhi: 241)

Azaan dene walon ke liye Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne khaas taur se dua bhi ki hai.
Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya:
الإِمَامُ ضَامِنٌ وَالْمُؤَذِّنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ اللَّهُمَّ أَرْشِدِ الأَئِمَّةَ وَاغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤَذِّنِينَ
Tarjumah: Imam zaamin aur zimmedaar hai aur mu'azzin ameen aur qabil e aitemaad hai. Aye Allah! Imamon ko (Sahih ilm o amal) ki taufeeq de aur muazzinon ko bakhash de.
(Abu Dawood: 517 and Tirmidhi: 207)
* Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne is Hadees ko Sahih kaha hai.

Goya Mu'azzin ko Azaan ki barkat se bohat saari nekiyan karne ka mauqa milta hai, namaz ke waqt se pehle masjid mein hazir hona, masjid ki safai wagairah ka ehtimaam karna, Azaan de kar sunnaton ki adayegi phir namaz ke liye intezaar karna, namaz baad bhi sab se aakhir mein jaana, aik namaz ke baad doosri namaz ka shiddat se intezaar karna, jamaat ke saath namaz ada karna wagairah. In sab nekiyon ke liye muazzinon ko gunaaho se mughfirat mil jati hai aur kiyun na ho! Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne un ke haq mein jo dua farmayi hai.

Aye Allah! to hamein bhi un logon mein bana jin ke liye jannat wajib kar di jati hai. Ameeen.

Namaz ke dauran agar Imam Qirat bhool jaaye ya us pe Qirat mushtabah ho jaaye (yani woh confused ho jaaye) to peeche shareek namazi ko luqma dena (yani parhte waqt agar Imam quran mein kuch bhool jaaye to usey batana) chahiye chahe farz namaz ho ya Nafl. Sunnat se is ki bahut saari daleelen milti hain. Kuch aik neeche bayan ki jaa rahi hain.

Pehli Daleel: Musawwar bin Yazeed Maliki Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَحْيَى وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ - شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَتَرَكَ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَقْرَأْهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تَرَكْتَ آيَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ هَلاَّ أَذْكَرْتَنِيهَا ‏"‏ ‏.
Tarjumah: Main RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki khidmat mein haazir huwa, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam namaz mein qirat farmaai (yani Quran parha) aur us mein se kuch Aayaat choot gayin jinhein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne tilawat nahi farmaya to aik aadmi ne (namaz ke baad) kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam! Aap ne falan falan aayat chor di hai. Is par Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ke tu ne mujhe yaad kiyun na dilaya.

* Is Hadees ko Allama Albani Rahimahullah ne Hasan kaha hai.

Doosri Daleel: Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhuma se riwayat hai:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى صَلاَةً فَقَرَأَ فِيهَا فَلُبِسَ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ لأُبَىٍّ ‏"‏ أَصَلَّيْتَ مَعَنَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ نَعَمْ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَمَا مَنَعَكَ ‏"‏
Tarjumah: RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam namaz parha rahe they. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam par Qirat mushtaba ho gayi (yani bhool gaye ya agay peechay ho gaye.) Jab namaz se farigh huwe to Hazrat Ubai bin Ka’b (Hafiz e Quran) ko farmaya ke tu ne mere saath namaz parhi hai? Jawab diya ke haan! Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya phir tujhe kis cheez ne (luqma dene se) mana kiya.

* Is Hadees ko Shaikh Albani, Allama Shaukaani aur Imam Nawawi Rahimahumullah ne Sahih kaha hai.

Pehli Hadees Imam ke qirat bhoolne se mutalliq hai aur doosri Hadees Qirat ke mushtabah (yani Qirat mein confusion) se mutalliq hai.

Teesri Daleel:
عَنْ أَنَسٍ : كُنَّا نَفْتَحُ عَلَى الْأَئِمَّةِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Tarjumah: Hazrat Anas Radhiallahu Anhu se riwayat hai woh farmate hain ki hum log RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke zamane mein Imamon ko luqma diya karte they.

*Imam Hakim Rahimahullah ne isko Sahih kaha hai. Aur Imam Zahbi Rahimahullah ne unki muwafiqat ki hai.

Chauthi Daleel:
عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ عَلِيٌّ : إذَا اسْتَطْعَمَكَ الْإِمَامُ فَأَطْعِمْه
Tarjumah: Abu Abdurrehman Sulami se riwayat hai ke Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu Anhu ne farmaya: Aye Abu Abdulrehman! Agar Imam tujh se luqma ka taalib ho to luqma de.

* Hafiz Ibn e Hajar Rahimahullah ne Abu Abdurrehman Sulami ki riwayat ko sahih qarar diya hai.

In Ahadees aur Aasaar ke alawah Imam ke bhoolne par «سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ» kehne wali Hadees bhi daleel hai. Isi tarah se Bukhari aur Muslim ki riwayat hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aik bar Zohar ya Asr ki namaz mein bhool gaye aur do hi rakat par salam pher diya. Sahaba ke yaad dilaane par Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne phir se do rakat parhi aur Sajda e Sahu kiya.
Logon mein jo yeh mash-hoor (famous) ho gaya hai ke Muqtadi Imam ko luqma nahi de sakta ya teen (3) aayat ke baad agar Imam bhool jaye to luqma nahi dena chahiye, yeh sab sahih nahi hai. Hanfi Fiqah ke according bhi Imam ko bhoolne ya Qirat mushtaba hone par luqma de sakte hain. Yahan yeh yaad rahe ke jis riwayat mein luqma na dene ka zikr hai woh Zaeef hone ke saath Sahih Ahadees ke khilaaf hai is liye us se istedlaal karna durust nahi hai.
